At its regular meeting on March 27th, the BOC adopted a resolution authorizing county staff to allow commercial re-zoning cases use of vacant slots on the multi-family rezoning public hearing agendas scheduled for May, August, and portions of November. The action was taken in order to help reduce the current backlog of commercial re-zoning cases.
