The City Council held the first public hearings on two proposed ordinances relating to the MNGWPD ordinances the City must adopt. The hearings were held on a proposed Stream Buffer Ordinance and a Post Development Stormwater Management Ordinance. The second reading took place at the Council’s February 15th regular meeting and the ordinances were adopted by the City Council. Copies of the documents are below:
