Hall County voters passed a special purpose local option sales tax for education on March 15, 2011. Voters passed the SPLOST 66 percent to 34 percent. Hall County plans to spend $50 million on renovations; $20 million on classroom additions, $15 million on technology and $3 million on school buses and library books. You can learn more here.
