Single Family Residential Permitting

Cobb County Community Development has issued a new requirement for single family residential building permits requiring confirmation of compliance with architectural styles that were included in zoning stipulations approved by the Board of Commissioners.  These requirements take effect immediately.  The requirements can be found in a letter from the County by clicking here.
