Woodstock Adopts New Model Home Policy

The Woodstock City Council voted unanimously to adopt a new Model Home Policy for the City at its regular meeting on December 12th. The measure is intended to relax requirements on builders to allow of earlier construction of model homes without having constructed utilities and roads prior to building such facilities.
