The Woodstock City Council met on Monday, December 17th to discuss several items related to water conservation including the possibility of implementing a residential rezoning moratorium. They also discussed several conservation measures that could be considered including re-use, re-circulating hot water systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures, etc. At the end of the discussion the City Council decided not to take further action on seeking a moratorium at this time, but instead agreed to further explore other more productive forms of conservation.
