The BOC has been considering implementing and Impact Fee program for several months now. The BOC met on November 13th to receive an official report from its consultant, Ross & Associates, regarding the Methodology Report. According to the report the maximum allowed impact fee would be approximately $3500. The recommended funding categories include Parks & Recreation, Public Safety, and Libraries. The next Impact Fee Committee meeting is scheduled for December 11th.
