Ray Weeks, chairman of Weeks Robinson Properties and a member of the Council for Quality Growth, has been selected to receive the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award. This award, presented by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta to an individual in a development or real estate related field who has made an outstanding contribution to responsible growth in the metro Atlanta region. Weeks will be honored at the 18th Annual ULI Atlanta Awards for Excellence Dinner on Thursday, September 20th at the Atlanta History Center.
