The Board of Commissioners approved a new impact fee rate schedule at its meeting on September 25th. The new schedule is a result of the County’s submittal of the required annual update of its Capital Improvements Element to ARC. For example, the rate for single-family residential development is now set at $2,330.03 per unit.
