Gwinnett Annual State of the County Address

2011 State of the County Address presented by Gas South and co-hosted by Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth will be held on Wednesday, May 18 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Gwinnett Center.

With the election of Gwinnett’s newest leader, Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners Chairman Charlotte Nash, come new beginnings, new predictions and new outlooks for 2011. On May 18th, you will have the opportunity to get to know the leader of Gwinnett’s local government, Chairman Charlotte Nash at the 2011 State of the County Address Hosted by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth.
During her 27-year career with Gwinnett County, Charlotte Nash worked as a Grants Manager/Accountant, Budget Manager, Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer and County Administrator. She managed 24 annual budgets and implemented capital budgeting and long-term financial planning processes. Her leadership was instrumental in gaining the coveted AAA/Aaa ratings from the three major bond rating agencies.

The Gwinnett  Chamber of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth congratulates Charlotte Nash on her winning campaign to become Gwinnett County’s new Chairman of the Board of Commissioners.
