Governor Deal appointed two new board members to the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority. John Perryman is a retired regional manager of economic development for Georgia Power. He lives in Thomson. Stephen Gray is the executive vice president of logistics, research and development for Fieldale Farms and lives in the City of Baldwin.
