The Council for Quality Growth proudly congratulates Kathryn Jones for her recent promotion to Manager of Marketing and Communications. In this new role, Kathryn will lead a more strategic effort to create a uniformed voice for the Council through brand management, internal member communications, external marketing efforts, press relations, and social media presence.
Kathryn, a UGA graduate, has been with the Council for over 2 years, previously as Programs & Communications Coordinator. She has propelled the Council’s many programs by enhancing our graphic design, marketing, and social media strategies, and she looks forward to a broader application of these initiatives to the Council’s overall brand.
She works across the board in all areas of the Council’s member offerings and communications with our local and state government partners.
Kathryn has also taken the reins of the Emerging Leaders Initiative. In managing this crucial program which is designed to expose our young leaders to all aspects of the intersection between private interests and government, she has boosted participation and focused on key policy programs brought forward by the ELI board.
