Chairwoman Charlotte Nash presided over her first county commission meeting on April 19th. The Gwinnett Board of Commissioners decided to table the vote on whether to rule out ticketed passenger service at Briscoe Field until May 3rd and a public hearing on the matter is scheduled for April 28th at 7pm. Issues Nash is likely to encounter during her two-year term include the privatization of the county airport, balancing the budget and county ethics revisions.
