On Tuesday, June 5th the Eurharlee City Council unanimously approved a measure to end the moratoria on residential subdivisions, which went into effect on March 5th. The moratoria prevented anyone from submitting new plats or other types of application (except re-zonings) for residential subdivisions, but it did not affect previously approved or submitted projects.
