County Adopts Floodplain Management Ordinance

At the October meeting, Bartow County’s sole Commissioner adopted a revised Floodplain Management Ordinance.  The revisions resulted from an earlier FEMA review that requested the changes.  It is part of an ongoing effort to update and maintain the ordinance for flood insurance for the County.
