Victoria Wheeler is the newest team member for the Council for Quality Growth. She joins the Council as the Programs & Communications Manager after working for a private architecture and engineering firm.
Most recently, Victoria served as the Communications Manager on the Georgia Department of Transportation’s Transform 285/400 project. In this role, Victoria worked with local municipalities, project stakeholders and the traveling public. Victoria has a proven track record for creating and executing communications strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Victoria received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Business Management from the University of South Alabama.
