Allen Barnes, former Director of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, has been named the new President/CEO of Joe Tanner & Associates, Sustaining Member of the Council for Quality Growth and a premier government affairs firm with an emphasis in environmental policy. Barnes has also served as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 office in Atlanta. The Council looks forward to working with Allen in his new position.
