Pope & Land and Partners Selected for Peachtree Corners Mixed-Use Development: One More Step to Go

Council Member Pope & Land Enterprises was selected along with Fuqua Development and AMLI Residential as the “top-ranked” team for to develop a $150 million mixed-use town center in Peachtree Corners. Three project teams had submitted development proposals for the town center in August, with the Fuqua team winning out over the other two groups. The project would stretch over 31 acres, including over 20 acres of city-owned land.

The proposal for this mixed-use development includes 356 high-end apartments, 150,000 square feet of retail and some office space – including a fitness center, grocery store and movie theater – and a 120-room hotel.

The proposal still requires the approval of the Peachtree Corners city council and planning commission. If the Fuqua team is unable to reach an agreement to purchase the development site, the second-ranked team, TPA Group, will have the chance to move forward with their development proposal.

Congratulations to Council member Pope & Land Enterprises on this great achievement.
