Gwinnett Village CID Renewed for 6 Years

At the recent monthly board meeting the Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District (CID) received a unanimous vote to renew the CID for an additional 6 years. The Gwinnett Village CID is the largest such entity in the State serving over 550 commercial property owners in a 14 square mile area. The CID has had great success over its first six years, supporting and funding efforts in the areas of beautification, public safety and transportation infrastructure. Shiv Aggarwal was re-elected chairman of Gwinnett Village CID, and Michael Deming will serve as the organizations new vice-chairman. The Gwinnett Village CID’s Executive Director, Chuck Warbington, added, “We are extremely pleased with the progress we’ve seen in the community in just 6 short years, but we understand that we have a long way to go before the district realizes its full potential”.
