The Gwinnett Department of Planning and Development is proposing a change to the daily deadline for building inspection requests. Starting August 15th, building inspections requested prior to 2:00 pm will be scheduled the next business day. Building inspections scheduled after 2:00 pm will be scheduled the following business day. Inspection volume may affect inspection time but the county will make every effort to conduct the requested inspection within a maximum of 48 hours.
